The Richland High School Band's 2010 production is

"Distant Shores"

The
Richland High School Marching Band is a consistent UIL Sweepstakes winner.
The band has attended the UIL
State Marching Contest
on five occasions, making the finals in 1998 and 2008, and winning the 4A State
Championship in 2003. The band has attended Bands of America
Regional Championships since 1996, and has earned regional finalist status in
20 of 21 regional events. Richland has been a Grand National Semi-finalist in
1997, 2001, 2005 and 2007 earning 7th place in Grand National finals competition
in 2005 and 9th place in 2007. The Band has also won the Duncanville,
DeSoto, HEB, and UTA Marching Festivals.
